I am intrigued by creative problem-solving and fascinated by challenges. This came very useful in my 20+ years working for climate protection at the local level, first for ICLEI Local Government for Sustainability and more recently as Climate Protection Manager for the City of Freiburg.

I am a results-oriented manager, trainer and change-agent with experience in climate protection, capacity building and intercultural communication.

I offer advocacy on communication about climate protection and sustainability, partners’ involvement and motivation, climate protection concepts.

I facilitate the transferability of best practice adapting learned lessons to different environments.

I design, facilitate and moderate workshops, seminars and capacity building activities.

My working languages are German, Italian, Spanish and English.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Padua, Italy.

I am an Italian and German citizen based in Freiburg, where I live with my husband and 2 Kids.
